The turorial pop-up opens but nothing happens

 The turorial pop-up opens but nothing happens

This can happen if you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed. Try downloading the latest Flash Player via the link in the Downloads section.
There have also been instances of the files not working on Windows NT operating systems. Try a computer with a later operating system - sorry.

 The tutorials keep pausing

This often occurs if you have a slow download. Try pausing the video, leave the window open and do something else for a few minutes. Then come back to the window and try again.

 There is no sound with the tutorials

Ensure you do not have the sound muted. Ensure you can hear other sounds on your computer.

 I cannot open the flipcharts

This is probably because you do not have Promethean Activstudio installed. Download the free viewer from the Download page.

 I cannot edit the flipcharts

This is probably because you are viewing the flipchart in the Viewer edition of Activstudio. Try installing the free version. If you have Promethean IWBs in your school or organisation you should be able to install the software on other computers.

 I am asked if I want to allow ActivX controller

This occurs in Internet Explorer. Just click Allow.
